Edward “Eddie” Lees leads the listing side of the rental division, working closely with property owners to manage and position their homes for successful seasonal and short term rentals. With decades of local knowledge, he helps ensure owners maximize both rental performance and long-term property value. Eddie supports the rental division through bookkeeping, operations, and hands on management of day to day logistics, and he also assists with buyer showings and property support throughout the busy summer season. Ed loves to garden, play guitar and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
