We were in the market to sell my fathers condominium many years ago in North Wildwood NJ. We had heard good things about Lees Real Estate, so I reached out and got in contact with Jessica Lees, and was glad I did. Now we are familiar with the Wildwoods to a certain extent, but Jessica having worked in the area for over 25+ years, knew quite a bit more, as it pertains to the real estate market, her job right, sure is, and she nailed it.
The following are just some of the areas and experience Jessica brings to the table, such as the current value of a property [of a huge importance to us as the sellers], persons to contact in the event you need to make repairs or upgrades to your property prior to the sale. Set up appointments with fire and other inspectors too, in an effort to keep things moving correctly. Also acts as a negotiator between the seller and the buyer as the two go back and forth in regards to the asking price of the property, and finally come to an agreed upon price. Additionally, Jessica has all the contacts and connections that a good realtor should have so as to make the sale or purchase of a property as painless as possible to you, and she does just that, so you do not have to.
Jessica also lives in that area, we do not, so that in itself was a big help to us. This included the signing of documents as it pertains to the sale of our property via VeriSign, all done on the computer, so it saved us on travel time to and from our location to the shore. This may not seem like a big deal nowadays, but at the time we were going through this process, it was a lifesaver and game changer for us provided by Jessica. Lastly, Jessica was always available to us to answer questions or resolve any issues that arose during this entire process. I highly recommend Lees Real Estate [Jessica specifically] if you are in the market to sell or buy a property down in the shore or for that matter any area that the Lees Real Estate Team covers.
