We were in the market to sell my fathers condominium many years ago in North Wildwood NJ. Jessica also lives in that area, we do not, so that in itself was a big help to us. This included the signing of documents as it pertains to the sale of our property via VeriSign, all done on the computer, so it saved us on travel time to and from our location to the shore. This may not seem like a big deal nowadays, but at the time we were going through this process, it was a lifesaver and game changer for us provided by Jessica. Lastly, Jessica was always available to us to answer questions or resolve any issues that arose during this entire process.
